Terms of Service

EventFlo Pro is operated by Ev-E Productions LLC ("EventFlo Pro," "we," "us," or "our").

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use EventFlo Pro.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

You agree to:

• Keep your password secure.
• Maintain accurate account information.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Organizers are responsible for:

• Creating accurate, lawful event listings and ticket offerings.
• Setting ticket prices and publishing clear refund and cancellation terms for attendees.
• Providing correct event details and timely updates when plans change.
• Managing performers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees.
• Delivering the event as described or offering appropriate remedies when an event is cancelled or materially changed.
• Complying with all local, state, and federal laws, including tax, licensing, safety, and consumer-protection requirements.

Organizers are solely responsible for the events they publish and for attendee experiences at those events. EventFlo Pro provides software and related services but is not the producer of organizer events.

Before selling paid tickets or receiving payouts through EventFlo Pro, organizers may need to complete business verification and payment-processor onboarding. We may request business information and supporting documentation, such as identity, business contact details, and other materials needed for risk review.

Verification is performed by EventFlo Pro personnel and partners as applicable. We do not represent that document verification is fully automated. Payment processing also requires successful verification and approval under the applicable payment processor's underwriting and compliance rules.

We may assign verification statuses (for example, unverified, in review, verified, or restricted) and may delay, limit, or block paid publishing, checkout, or payouts when verification is incomplete, information appears inaccurate, or risk concerns arise.

Organizer access to certain EventFlo Pro features may require a paid subscription (for example, monthly or annual Elite Pro or Elite Pro Plus plans). Plan names, prices, trial offers, and included features are described on our pricing pages or at checkout and may change over time.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before renewal. You are responsible for keeping billing information current. When subscription billing is enabled, charges are processed by a third-party payment provider subject to that provider's terms.

You may cancel a subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but generally does not retroactively refund fees already paid, except where required by applicable law. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Platform subscription fees and EventFlo Pro platform fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Temporary unavailability. Paid ticket checkout and certain new payment flows may be temporarily unavailable while EventFlo Pro onboards an approved third-party payment processor. We do not guarantee approval, timing, or availability of any processor. Free events and non-payment features may remain available during this period.

When paid checkout is available, ticket prices are set by organizers. EventFlo Pro charges a platform fee of $1.50 per paid ticket sold (shown to buyers as a service fee at checkout unless we change how fees are displayed). Standard card and payment processing fees may also apply and are separate from EventFlo Pro platform fees.

EventFlo Pro does not store your full payment card numbers. Payment card and bank details are collected and processed by approved payment processor(s).

When paid ticket sales and payouts are enabled, organizer settlements are handled through the approved payment processor according to that processor's rules (which may include holds, reserves, minimum balances, and timing requirements). We do not promise specific payout dates before a processor is approved and configured for your account. EventFlo Pro is not a bank or money transmitter.

Historical subscription, ticket, and transaction records may involve previous payment providers. Those records remain subject to prior agreements and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms describes any prior provider as processing new ticket sales after checkout has been disabled or replaced.

Ticket buyers enter into a transaction with the event organizer. EventFlo Pro facilitates listings, registration, and (when enabled) payment technology.

Organizers establish and disclose their own refund and cancellation policies for ticket buyers. EventFlo Pro does not impose a universal refund window on all events. Organizer policies must comply with applicable consumer protection laws, card-network rules, and any commitments made on the event listing.

If an organizer cancels, postpones, or fails to deliver an event, the organizer is responsible for communicating with ticket buyers and providing refunds, credits, or other remedies required by the organizer's stated policy and applicable law. EventFlo Pro may assist with tools or communications but is not responsible for an organizer's failure to deliver an event or honor refunds, except as required by law.

Payment disputes and chargebacks may be initiated by buyers through their payment provider. Organizers may be responsible for valid chargebacks, refunds, associated fees, and fraud losses attributable to their transactions, subject to applicable law, payment processor agreements, and these Terms. Recovery of amounts may depend on the payment arrangement in place and processor capabilities; we do not promise automatic debiting or reserving of organizer funds unless supported by the applicable payment setup.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or valid payment-network requirements.

Users are responsible for all content they upload, including:

• Event descriptions
• Images
• Videos
• Documents
• Logos
• Promotional materials

Content must not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of others.

Users may not:

• Upload illegal content or list fraudulent, deceptive, or non-existent events.
• Commit fraud, payment abuse, or card testing.
• Impersonate another individual or business or misrepresent authorization to accept payments.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or circumvent security, CAPTCHA, or rate limits.
• Distribute malware or harmful software.
• Interfere with platform performance.
• Harass or abuse other users.
• Use the platform for unlawful gambling, scams, or prohibited merchant categories.

We monitor for abuse signals and may restrict checkout or accounts to protect users and the platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

EventFlo Pro, including its software, branding, design, graphics, and original content, is owned by Ev-E Productions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant EventFlo Pro a limited license to display and distribute that content for operating the platform.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, payment-processor transitions, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect access, including paid checkout or payout features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventFlo Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

Users assume responsibility for the events they organize, attend, or participate in.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity. We may restrict paid publishing, checkout, or payouts pending investigation of fraud, chargebacks, verification concerns, or processor requirements, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support or using available account tools.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Continued use of EventFlo Pro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
