Ev-E Productions LLC ("EventFlo Pro," "we," "us," or "our") collects information needed to operate the platform. Depending on how you use EventFlo Pro, this may include:

• Account and profile information (such as name, email address, phone number, and role preferences).
• Organizer business and contact information, event listings, and operational records.
• Ticket buyer and registrant information (such as name, email, registration details, and order history).
• Performer, vendor, sponsor, volunteer, and organizer application details you submit.
• Billing and subscription metadata (such as plan type and payment status). We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Business information and supporting documentation we may request for verification, risk review, or payment onboarding.
• Device, browser, and usage information (such as IP address, logs, cookies, and analytics).

We collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve our services.

Your information may be used to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Process ticket registrations and, when enabled, ticket purchases and subscriptions.
• Review organizer eligibility, verification, and merchant readiness.
• Connect organizers with performers, vendors, sponsors, and attendees.

• Improve our platform and understand usage trends.
• Monitor security, prevent fraud and abuse (including CAPTCHA and checkout abuse signals), and enforce our policies.

EventFlo Pro does not store your full credit or debit card numbers on our systems.

When checkout or subscription billing is enabled, payment card and bank details are collected and processed by third-party payment processor(s) under their privacy and security practices. We may receive limited transaction data (such as amounts, status, tokens, or processor identifiers) to operate tickets, subscriptions, refunds, and support.

Paid ticket checkout may be temporarily unavailable while we onboard an approved payment processor. Historical subscription, ticket, and transaction records may still reference previous payment providers.

Organizers who seek to sell paid tickets or receive payouts may need to provide business information and supporting documentation we may request. This information is used for manual review by EventFlo Pro and, when applicable, shared with payment processors for underwriting and compliance. We do not represent that document verification is fully automated.

Payment processing requires successful verification and approval, including requirements imposed by the payment processor.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only when necessary with trusted service providers, including:

• Payment processors and merchant onboarding partners (for processing, payouts, fraud prevention, and chargebacks).
• Authentication providers.
• Cloud hosting providers.
• Email delivery services.
• Analytics providers.
• Security and CAPTCHA providers used to protect sign-up, publishing, and checkout flows.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

EventFlo Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
